moreme.app is a habit tracker for your identity, currently in pre-launch. This page collects email addresses for the waitlist. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to the terms below. If anything here doesn't work for you, don't sign up — and email us if you'd like to talk through it.
Who we are
moreme.app is operated by Sierra Futterman. References to "we," "our," and "moreme.app" mean the operator. Contact: hello@moreme.app.
The site as it stands today
Right now, the only thing this site does is collect waitlist signups. The mobile app it advertises is not yet generally available. When the app ships, separate terms will apply to use of the app itself; those will be presented in-app at the time you set up an account.
Beta nature
The forthcoming app is in active development. Things will change. Things may break. Beta participants are signing up to see early versions, give feedback, and accept that data, design, and features may not be final. We'll be transparent about breaking changes and will give meaningful notice before any data resets.
What you agree to
- You're at least 13 years old (and meet your jurisdiction's minimum age for online accounts).
- The email address you submit is one you actually have access to. No throwaways for spam, no signing up other people.
- You won't try to overload, exploit, or otherwise abuse this site or its underlying infrastructure.
- You won't impersonate someone else when signing up.
What we agree to
- Your email goes only into our waitlist. We don't sell or share it. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
- You can unsubscribe at any time and we'll honor the request immediately.
- If we make a meaningful change to these terms or to the privacy policy, we'll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
No warranty, limited liability
This site and the eventual app are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We're a pre-launch product built carefully but not infallibly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Your sole remedy if you're unhappy with the service is to stop using it and unsubscribe.
Intellectual property
The moreme.app name, design, copy, and brand are owned by the operator. You're welcome to link to the site, share screenshots, write about us, etc. Don't pass our content off as your own and don't use the brand to imply endorsement.
Termination
We may remove anyone from the waitlist for spammy, abusive, or fraudulent behavior. You can remove yourself at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless your local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll update the "last updated" date and email everyone on the waitlist before any meaningful change takes effect.
